COMBUSTION ANALYSIS SYSTEM

OSIRIS is a combustion analysis system developed by D2T for internal combustion engine. Its fast synchronised acquisition based on crank angle and a wide range of calculation libraries range answer to engine engineer needs.

Calculation librairies allow various analysis in real time : cylinder pressure analysis (IMEP, Pmax, dP/dalpha …) heat release, combustion noise, dP/dAlpha up to 5 injections per cycles, mass fraction burned, needle lift, rotational vibration calculation,… Critical parameters monitoring such as Ppeak and knock detection are also given in real time.

OSIRIS, combustion analysis system works on PC defined by D2T under Windows NT, 2000 or XP. It can be connected to an automation test bed system, like MORPHEE.

Engine development work as well as ECU calibration are eased by this flexible system. More than 15 years of R&D and experience are included in this tool. Combined with D2T ’s product development skills and integration of high end electronic platform OSIRIS offers complete features.
Acquisition part can be remotly placed inside the test bed using a high speed digital interface to user interface.
