SMVV simulates the pulses generated by an angular encoder.
Dedicated
to vehicle speed simulation, the SMVV unit generate
pulses at variable frequency. Low frequencies are allowed,
up to 1 Hz for 10 V.
The set-points is filtered by a low-pass filter in order
to block unwanted frequencies.
